Management

An agreement has been concluded with Pivotman (Pty) Ltd to provide strategic asset management services to Pivotal. These services include:

• formulating and implementing an asset management strategy for Pivotal that seeks to optimise return on assets, mitigate risks, promote the growth of Pivotal and protect the interest of the Shareholders;
• identifying opportunities for Pivotal and providing advice to the board of Pivotal in respect of capital allocation and financial management of Pivotal;
• supervising the carrying out of administratiave, accounting, auditing, secretarial and all cash management functions in relation to Pivotal and its property trusts.

The day to day property management and administration has been outsourced to Abreal (Pty) Ltd.  Property management fees charged by Abreal are market related.
